1st Day | First Half
Place we cover: Chopta Trek
Chopta is a small region of meadows and evergreen forest area, a part of Kedarnath wildlife sanctuary located in Uttarakhand state, India and a base for trekking to Tungnath, the third temple of Panch Kedar which lies 3.5 kilometres (2.2 mi) away. Located at a distance of 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) from Tungnath is Chandrashila, a summit rising to over 4,000 metres (13,000 ft).

1st Day | Second Half
Place we cover: Deoria Tal Lake
Hindu faith states that the Devas bathed in this lake, hence the name. The lake is also believed to be the "Indra Sarovar" referred to in the Puranas by wandering Hindu mendicants, Sadhus. It is also believed that it was the place from where the mighty Pandavas were asked queries by Yaksha.

2nd Day | First Half
Place we cover: Gauri Kund
A famous legend of Goddess Parvati associated with Gaurikund: According to Hindu mythology, it is believed that this was the place where Goddess Parvati meditated for about hundred years, to have Lord Shiva as her husband. Nearby, is an ancient temple of Gaura Mai which dedicated to goddess Parvati.

2nd Day | Second Half
Place we cover: Omkareshwar Temple Chandrabadni Temple
Another legend pertaining to the temple is that of Mandhata, an emperor and (ancestor of Lord Ram) who left all worldly pleasures and performed penance for 12 years by standing on one leg. At the end of his penance, Lord Shiva appeared to him in the form of Omkar (sound of Om) and blessed him. Chandrabadni Temple is located on the place where torso of Goddess Sati fell while Lord Shiva was taking away her burned body. Her weapons were also scattered over the place. There is no idol of Goddess Sati present in the main shrine and a Shree Yantra carved on a flat stone is being worshipped in the main shrine.

3rd Day | First Half
Place we cover: Shri Kedarnath
Legend has it that the original Pandavas built the temple of Kedarnath and the present temple was established by Adi Shankaracharya, who restored the glory of the shrine in the 8th century A.D. The temple is said to be more than 1,200 years old and one among the 12 jyotirlingas in India.
